4How OMCADE liquidity works

When you pay in dollars, the studio's share is swapped to OMCADE through a public USDT/OMCADE pool on PancakeSwap. This page explains where that pool's OMCADE comes from, and the two rules that make sure Omen can never take out the money paid into it.

4.1The pool

A public USDT/OMCADE pair on PancakeSwap v3, on BSC. It works on its own, like any public market: anyone can trade in it, or add liquidity and collect its trading fees, and Omen adds no rewards on top. Omen adds OMCADE as one-sided positions: OMCADE waiting for buyers, no USDT required. Purchases on Omen Arcade are one source of buyers, not the only one.

4.2Every position Omen opens is permanently locked

A v3 position is a token of its own, and whoever holds it can withdraw what's inside. So Omen gives it to an address nobody controls. That is all “permanently locked” means: no OMCADE is destroyed, and what's inside keeps working for trades.

Withdraw: not possible
  1. Omen puts OMCADE into a position in the public pool. No USDT is needed.

  2. Omen gives the position to the dead address. Nobody holds its key.

  3. Buyers pay USDT in and take OMCADE out. Their USDT stays inside.

  4. Nobody can withdraw it, not Omen, not anyone. It keeps working for trades.

4.3From the day the pool opens, Omen never sells its own OMCADE for USDT

Locking stops withdrawals, but a wallet selling OMCADE into the pool would still take USDT out the other way. So from the day the pool opens, every Omen wallet is published, and none of them sells OMCADE for USDT: not in the pool and not directly to anyone. Omen's OMCADE goes into the pool only through permanently locked positions, so what buyers pay stays there. Both rules can be checked on-chain without trusting Omen.

4.4Where the pool's OMCADE comes from

In this order. OMCADE that's already out comes first: shared out in epochs or spent in games. The reserve is drawn on only when that can't keep up.

  1. 15% of every weekly VIP epoch. Starting with the epoch of Monday 19 October 2026, 15% of each epoch's OMCADE goes into new permanently locked positions instead of being paid out, and VIP members receive the rest. 15% is the base share. As more purchases come through the pool, the share may need to change to keep the pool supplied; any change is announced publicly before it takes effect.
  2. OMCADE collected as platform fees. Of the 15% fee on every purchase paid in OMCADE, 12 points go into a new locked position. These are tokens players already spent, going back out to the next buyers.
  3. OMCADE paid for Omen's own games and products. It goes into new locked positions too.
  4. The 10,000,000 OMCADE liquidity allocation. Set aside for this in the whitepaper, and replaced from the reserve after the original was lost in a transfer error (see Supply). It stays in the reserve and is drawn on in tranches whenever the first three sources can't keep the pool supplied, so it is there as purchases grow.
  1. Note 1. Each position's address, size and range are published on the Contracts page when it is placed.
  2. Note 2. Selling OMCADE into the pool can only ever take out USDT that buyers put in.

4.5How the pool opens

Small and tested first, then refilled as purchases use it.

  1. A test position of about 10,000 OMCADE. Placed, locked and used for one real purchase, then checked and published, before anything larger goes in.
  2. A first tranche of 250,000 OMCADE. Taken first from OMCADE already collected as fees, with any shortfall from the allocation.
  3. A new tranche when about 80% has been bought. Each new tranche starts at the pool's rate when it's placed, and its range is published with it.

4.6The register

Everything Omen commits to about OMCADE, with where to check it. 2 are live, 1 starts on 19 October 2026, and 6 start when the pool opens, and each changes to live here with the address that proves it.
